Hello School 4 Families,

It’s that time of year for our annual Kids Heart Challenge. We will be partnering with the American Heart Association to help promote the value of living a heart healthy lifestyle and the benefits that come with helping others. This program will include all grades K-3RD and take place during Physical education classes the week of February 9th. We can’t wait to see our school create a community of lifesavers. As always, thank you for your continued support

School Closing Make Up Dates

School Closing Make Up Dates

February 5, 2026

Dear Parents and Staff:

According to NJ State Law, our school district calendar must have a minimum of one-hundred eighty (180) student days. So far this year, it has been necessary to close all schools for three days (January 26, January 27, and January 28) due to inclement weather.

In order to make up these days, the Winslow Township Board of Education will approve the following adjustments to the district calendar:

• Friday, February 13, 2026 Early Dismissal Day for Students (Full Day for Staff)
• Monday, February 16, 2026 Early Dismissal Day for Students and Staff

The third make-up date will be determined in the near future. Thank you for your continued support.

Respectfully,
Mark Pease, Interim Superintendent

Tues., February 24, 2026 - Schools/Offices Closed

Dear Parents/Guardians and Staff,

Due to safety concerns in the community caused by down power lines and power outages in our buildings, all schools and offices in the Winslow Township School District will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Cleanup efforts are still underway, as several areas remain unsafe for travel and school operations.

We are working closely with local authorities and utility companies to restore safe conditions as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we prioritize the safety of our students, and staff. Be safe!
