Parent-Teacher Conferences Scheduled for November 19, 23, and 24, 2026
Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on November 19, 23, and 24, 2026. Families can sign up in the Genesis Parent Portal from Monday, October 26, through Wednesday, November 11, 2026.
Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled for November 19, 23, and 24, 2026. Families are invited to meet with their child’s teacher to discuss academic progress, celebrate successes, and identify areas for continued growth.
The conference schedule is Thursday, November 19, 2026, for evening conferences from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, November 23, 2026, for afternoon conferences from 1:35 PM to 4:35 PM, and Tuesday, November 24, 2026, for afternoon conferences from 1:35 PM to 4:35 PM. The conference sign-up window is Monday, October 26, through Wednesday, November 11, 2026.
Families should use the CONFERENCES tab in the Genesis Parent Portal to schedule a conference. Parents and guardians are instructed to log onto the Genesis Parent Portal from their child’s school site under Parents→Genesis Parent Access→Login, select the child if they have more than one, click the CONFERENCES tab, and choose one of the conference links for the desired date. The directions note that November 19 is for evening conferences, while November 23 and November 24 are for afternoon conferences. Available conferences are listed on the calendar, and families should click RESERVE to select a time. Once a time slot is reserved, the word “Scheduled” will appear to confirm the appointment. If a family needs to reschedule, they must first CANCEL the conference and then choose another open time.
