Be Here. Be Ready. Belong. Dear School 4 Families, Welcome to Winslow Township Elementary School #4! It is my honor and privilege to serve as your principal. I am excited to begin this journey with our students, families, teachers, and staff as we build upon the traditions and strengths that make School 4 a special place to learn and grow. This year, we are embracing three simple but powerful words: Be Here. Be Ready. Belong. Be Here — Because every day matters. Every student's presence, voice, and participation contribute to our school community. Be Ready — Come prepared to learn, explore, persevere, and grow. We will set high expectations while providing every child with the support and opportunities they need to succeed. Belong — Every child, family, and staff member should feel welcomed, valued, respected, and connected. At School 4, we are a community where every voice matters and everyone has a place. As your principal, I am committed to leading with purpose, listening with intention, and partnering with our school community to ensure that every child is challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. Together, we will focus on academic excellence, the whole child, meaningful family engagement, and a positive school culture where students can thrive. I believe our greatest successes will come from working together.
