Winslow Township School No. 4 staff moved, laughed, and learned at a Dynamic Coordination Rhythm and Movement Workout led by Ginny Chillari and Tina Stanfa. Using African‑inspired hopscotch set to disco, the session built teamwork, steady beat skills, and stress‑reducing joyful movement while honoring African American History Month. The workshop provided a culturally responsive movement break that strengthened rhythmic coordination and staff collaboration. The activity left the staff feeling connected, energized, and equipped with a simple team‑building exercise that can be used with students.
